Motorcycle Sales Manager:

Manages, trains, and directs the Sales team Builds rapport and engages customers early in the sales process while fostering positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale Leads regular sales meetings Promotes a strong focus on a high-level of customer satisfaction Uses CRM tool to manage the salesforce by focusing on training, lead execution, and sales results Additional duties may be assigned Qualifications –

Motorcycle Sales Manager:

Steady work and performance history Sales Management experience preferred Experience within the Vehicle Sales Department of a motor vehicle dealership or comparable experience managing a sales organization required Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community Ability to balance and push a 600+ lb. motorcycle Franchise experience Proficient in computing and quoting sales pricing Internet lead experience The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration for this position Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Valid driver’s license Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
