Job Description
District Manager 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 2669 NC-24, Warsaw, NC 28398 District Manager of QSR Operations Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. This is a very hands-on role, so I am looking for a leader experienced in leading 3-5 locations simultaneously with GM reports. I am not looking for someone whose background has been significantly larger than this. You must have QSR leadership in your recent background.
District Manager Compensation:

District Manager Requirements:

REQUIRES
significant drive-through experience Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coachdrive results Hands-on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role. Must be able to taste and handle all menu items. This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams. This role will typically encompass days that run from 8a-8p or 11a-11p and will require availability to include Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays.
