BusinessDevelopment Trainee Responsibilities:
Identify and develop newbusiness opportunities through customer outreach and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,providing personalized support and acting as their primary point ofcontact. Understand clients’ needs, challenges, and goals, andoffer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery ofproducts/services and customer satisfaction. Conduct marketresearch and competitor analysis to identify trends andopportunities for business growth. Prepare and deliver persuasivepresentations and proposals to potential customers and clients.
Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities to convert prospectsinto customers. Maintain accurate customer records, track salesactivities, and generate reports as needed. Provide exceptionalcustomer service, promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshootingissues, and resolving concerns.
