Your role, should you accept the mission: As the Fractional Growth Manager , you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and prospects, driving new client acquisition, and leading a high-performance sales process. In other words, we want to create amazing relationships and really move the needle for both our clients and our agency.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for building and managing a pipeline of SQLs and prospects. Drive new client acquisition in the Raleigh area. Report to the Director of Growth and Partnership. Provide weekly metrics. Manage a Part Time Growth Specialist by providing coaching, mentorship and motivation.
Performance Management:
Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive consistent results. Meet and/or exceed monthly Sales Quotas.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with key clients, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain long-term business.
Lead Generation:
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to continuously build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Sales Prospecting:
Actively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Closing Deals:
Apply negotiation tactics and closing techniques to maximize conversion rates.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales metrics, and generate weekly reports. Monitor and analyze Part Time Growth Specialist activities.
Qualifications:

Commission Structure:
