$52 – $55 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

BachelorsResponsibilitiesAs a Global Sales Business Development Manager, job duties include: Align global sales strategies with regional execution by collaborating closely with regional sales teams. Partner with marketing and internal stakeholders to build go-to-market plans that support lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue targets. Serve as a key liaison between global and regional teams to ensure consistent communication and strategy alignment. Create and deliver sales enablement tools and training to support regional sales efforts.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role-ideally with international or regional exposure with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Proven success with global sales strategies and sensitivity to regional market differences. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. This is a remote role. Candidates must be located within the Pacific or Eastern time zones to ensure alignment with team operations and global coordination.
