As digital leads continue to dominate the car-buying journey, we’re seeking a proven leader to drive growth, manage our BDC operations, and optimize our internet sales process.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and coach a dynamic BDC/internet sales team to exceed monthly lead-to-sale conversion goals. Manage CRM and lead flow across all digital platforms – responding to leads quickly, professionally, and effectively. Implement process improvements that drive efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Work cross-departmentally with sales and marketing to align goals and messaging. Analyze data and performance metrics to continuously refine strategy and improve results. Ensure exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint—from first contact to final delivery. Be great on the phones with customers and have outstanding CXI.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of BDC/Internet Sales Management experience in an automotive dealership environment (required). A data-driven leader with strong closing skills and CRM mastery (preferably VinSolutions, Elead, or similar). Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for coaching and team development. A strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce strategies in automotive retail.
