The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate expertise in managing sales processes from lead generation to closing deals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively negotiate and build relationships with clients while overseeing the execution of product demonstrations and inside sales initiatives. Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance. Oversee lead generation efforts, including cold calling and territory management. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights. Experience Proven experience in business development, technology sales, or a related field. Strong track record in inside sales with demonstrated success in lead generation. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
