Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven, dependable, and coachable Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This is a full-time W-2 role offering significant earning potential through a competitive commission structure. The position includes company-provided appointments, with the ability to supplement your pipeline through local networking and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend pre-set appointments provided by the company (no cold-calling or qualification needed) Conduct thorough inspections and create detailed job proposals using company software Follow a proven sales system and close deals in alignment with pricing and discount policies Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales cycle Collect customer deposits at time of sale and coordinate closely with project managers Generate new business through local outreach and referral relationships Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
