Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the sales department and customer’s experience by providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, customers, phone, text, email or in person that allow the dealership to provide a positive experience. Provide our sales staff with direction with daily morning meetings Follow up with our Sales staff as well as Finance Department. Ensure each employee receives and understands the responsibilities of the job. Must be computer compliant and knowledge of automotive software. Maintaining strong factory relationship Daily sales meetings with the staff for training Monitor daily CSI and customer retention. Monitor sales opportunities provided through service lane Work and Watch over the deals, work with banks for approval and submit paperwork to finance.
