EV Business Development Manager Company Overview Our client is a rapidly growing wholesale company operating within the renewable energy sector. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to grow the client base for their range of commercial EV (Electric Vehicle) products. About the Role Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing your own region. You will proactively build a strong customer base and a reliable pipeline of repeat business. As the company undergoes significant growth, your role will be instrumental in driving sustainable sales performance and establishing strong client relationships. No two days will be the same. This role requires adaptability, positivity, and a hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company’s products and services while addressing or anticipating client objectives. Prepare sales orders in line with legal and company guidelines. Provide reliable feedback and effective after-sales support. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Mentor and develop entry-level staff into successful salespeople. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in a business development role. In-depth knowledge of the EV market and related products. Demonstrable sales success and a solid track record. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Skilled in relationship-building, time management, and planning.
