Heavy in-coming lead volume. We do sell modular, or mobile homes – and we are not a builder. Heavy phone and email contact. All sales leads are incoming from referrals and web presence. Very limited travel.

YOU MUST ANSWER THE APPLICATION QUESTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. COMPENSATION

$75k to $150k (Includes salary + incentives and bonus.)

REQUIREMENTS
  • Extensive professional relationship consumer sales mgt experience in high-end production home sales, custom building construction, upscale real estate, housing development, post & beam building systems, prefabrication etc.)
  • Knowledge of the basics of residential construction and building materials.
  • Competent and comfortable working in an office by phone and email for the majority of prospective customer contacts. (Ultimately, many clients will visit, but incoming leads are worldwide.)
  • Prepared to work some evenings and Saturdays.
  • College degree or equivalent in experience.
  • Well-traveled and/or otherwise acquainted with eastern U.

S. coastal areas. (Many of our sales are in coastal areas, particularly in Florida.)
