Automotive Sales Manager 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars Greensboro, NC We are looking for a charismatic and hands-on automotive Sales Manager to join us on the coast in North Carolina to grow our salespeople and make deals. Hyundai and Genesis of New Bern is a family-owned dealership led by an engaged owner. We have an awesome General Manager & Finance Manager, great salespeople, an in-house used car Buying Center, a 1:1 used-new ratio, excellent F&I numbers, a 30 day used car turn, 60 day new car turn, and a top-performing service department. We represent two strong brands (Hyundai & Genesis) and we are the only Genesis dealership East of Interstate 95 in NC. Relocation assistance is available. Talk with customers early in the sales process Work closely with our awesome GSM and Finance Manager to drive new & used car sales and maximize gross profits Submit deals and rehash with banks and finance institutions CDK and Elead experience preferred Maintain our high CSI scores Manage and train sales people Lead inspirational daily sales meetings Appraise trade ins Import experience preferred but not required

Job Qualifications:

Prefer at least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. Consistent follow up and follow through and ability to coach team Must have some experience in using dealership management software and other relevant tools.
