Soelect has developed an advanced lithium metal composite anode that, when combined with a solid-state or liquid electrolyte, significantly increases energy density, power and safety while also lowering manufacturing costs through our patented material design and proprietary processes. Position Brief Business & Sales Manager /

Business Department FT Position:

up to 40hrs per week / On-site M-F / Greensboro, NC.

Salary range:

$60K-85K, Negotiable and will be based on experience Qualifications Minimum B.S. Degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales/marketing of manufacturing equipment preferably in the semiconductor and/or battery industries. Proven track record in industrial equipment sales or customer relationship management within relevant markets. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and system integration is a plus Language skills in Japanese, Korean, or German are highly desirable. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with curiosity and persistence in client-facing roles. Familiarity with business contract structures and basic financial concepts. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment as a self-starter. Roles & Responsibilities Maintain CRM database with accurate customer and opportunity information. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including contract negotiation and after-sales support. Analyze market and regulatory trends to develop and execute revenue-driven sales strategies in the battery industry. Provide accurate analyses to assist with agreements and other commercial transactions. Collaborate with R D, engineering, and finance teams to develop proposal materials and deliver tailored technical solutions. Create customer presentations and targeted promotional materials to develop marketing campaigns. Strong communication capability, especially with excellent writing skills. Work internally to analyze transmission/market design effects on proposed projects. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management. Additional duties as required.
