Fleet-Plummer is a 76-year-old, family-owned retail store in Greensboro, NC, and we’re looking for a Sales & Style Director to take our outdoor furniture and men’s clothing departments to the next level — while also mastering sales in grills, fireplaces, and outdoor kitchens. What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales Across Key Categories Lead the outdoor furniture and men’s clothing departments with a sharp focus on growth, merchandising, and customer experience Sell and lead across other departments — including grills and fireplaces Coach others to sell with confidence, warmth, and creativity Design & Merchandising Leadership Use your eye for design to help customers with layout, color, scale, and style decisions — especially in furniture and men’s clothing Keep our store visually sharp, on-trend, and seasonally relevant Make buying recommendations based on both style and what sells Lead Culture and Team Energy Set the tone — be someone others want to follow Help build a fun, focused, high-performing sales culture Train and develop newer staff to elevate the entire team
