Competitive compensation What you will do in this role: The Director of Business Development implements and directs the hospital business development process.

The DBD plans, directs and coordinates the identification of and marketing to potential patient referral sources. Responsible for maintaining ongoing positive relationships with identified referral sources. Monitors community trends indicating the needs for new services/programs. Develops and analyzes metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies. Conducts ongoing competitor analysis. Hires, trains, and oversees activities of hospital BD representatives.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
Previous experience in health care business development required. A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.
Valid driver’s license and and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report, along with proof of insurance when using own auto
