Your ImpactThe primary purpose of the Senior Director of CentralSelling role is to meet assigned targets for profitable salesvolume, market share, and other key financial performanceobjectives by driving sales strategy and sales execution forassigned vertical while proactively anticipating trends in customergrowth and satisfaction. The role will also develop and implementeffective sales strategies, lead nationwide sales team members toachieve sales targets, monitor and analyze performance metrics andsuggest improvements. This role will lead a team of Central SellingDirectors and support the transformation and strategy of theCentral Selling organization to profitably meet top line salesobjectives in the short-term while focused on developing strategiccentralized capabilities in the medium to long term. In partnershipwith the VP of Services, VP of Central Selling and InstallationSupport, and appropriate Merchandising VPs, this role will developa centralized selling strategy that focuses on growing salesprofitably and elevating the customer experience; while partneringwith Divisional/Regional leaders to ensure effective support,engagement and comprehension of the Lowe’s central sellingstrategy. It is critical for this leadership role to align crossfunctionally ensuring all communication, processes, quality, andtraining for the team exist thus enabling Lowe’s to drive Associateengagement, better adoption, and improved KPIs to includeachievement of sales, margin, productivity and customersatisfaction metrics among others.
What You Will DoLeads sales teamfor multiple national products and installation services.
Overseesthe sales teams ensuring sales plan achievement, technologyrequirements and professional development of the team.
Removesobstacles and sets prioritization to ensure the achievement ofsales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Assesses capacity riskand creates appropriate risk mitigation strategies aligningcross-functionally for any communication, process, training, workforce and quality assurance gaps.
Resolves or escalates sales riskswith proposed mitigations to leadership for marketing, promotion,and other strategies.
Coordinates with shared services for creationof reporting metrics and dashboards to measure KPIs inclusive ofsales, performance, and productivity success metrics.
Developspartnerships and networks across multiple organizations withinLowe’s as well as with external vendors to ensure alignment withServices and Central Sales strategies.
Prioritizes coaching andperformance management efforts to have the greatest overall impacton business results.
Builds long lasting relationships withMerchandising VPs and other leaders to grow market share throughdifferentiated products and service offerings.
Works directly withkey stakeholders within the central teams, shared services, storesand field teams to understand potential changes including but notlimited to the organization, process, technology, reporting,communication, training, quality assurance, compensation incentivesand other program enhancements.
Builds peer support and stronginternal-company relationships with other key leadershippositions.
Drives innovation and efficiency across the team applyinga deep understanding of the Services organization for both SSC andfield/store based operationsEstablishes productive relationshipswith field partners based on frequent communication, collaboration,and theeffective allocation of time and resources.
