• $50 override on ALL team sales (105 total = $5,250)

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years managing telecom/D2D sales teams
• Telecommunications experience required
• Can recruit and manage 2 experienced reps
• Available all 20 working days
• Proven track record with commission-only teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build team of 2 telecom sales reps
• Field management and daily coaching
• Personal selling (1.75 sales/day target)
• Drive 3-person team to 105+ total sales over campaign
