Role :

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development, to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Carolinas Region. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional with a passion for customer relationships, team leadership, and hitting aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed the $15M quota within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, General Contractors, and decision makers in the MEP construction industry. Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. Actively solicit new prospects leveraging lunch & learns, webcast and in market meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record in territory sales leadership with at least 5+ years of experience. Strong background in B2B sales, strategic selling, and account management. Experience managing large quotas ($10M+ preferred) with a consistent record of exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
