  • IBM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Financial Services Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division within IBM Consulting in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, strong business development acumen, and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Your role and responsibilities
  • Lead IBM’s Financial Services BPO division, driving growth and profitability through strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Devise and implement growth strategies.
  • Foster key industry relationships.
  • Position IBM solutions effectively in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project transitions.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments.
  • Lead and develop the business development team.
  • Create thought leadership content.
  • Represent IBM at industry events and client meetings.
  • Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years’ experience in business development/sales, 7+ years in financial services.
  • Proven track record in BPO sales.
  • Deep understanding of financial services industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team leadership and development experience.
