We arepartnered in helping a growing and well-established restorationconstruction company find qualified and talented individuals likeyourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactiveindividuals to fill their open role of Restoration BusinessDevelopment Manager with extended experience in eithercommercial/residential restoration. Candidates must have a generalknowledge of the New Orleans area, and able to provide effectivesales techniques within the construction industry. 2-3 years of experience in

ProjectManagement/Estimating/Sales/Business Development Education:

HighSchool Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor’s degree preferredXactimate, DASH, MICA experience is a plus General knowledge of therestoration construction industry Commercial/Residentialconstruction experience – in the field or in sales Background inreconstruction/mitigation Highly-motivated and proactive Ability todemonstrate creative problem-solving skills Willing to travel ifneeded Strong outside sales techniques General business knowledgein the New Orleans Metro area Microsoft Office tools
