Full Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a growth and development lead Client Sales Manager to support business growth at RKW. The Client Services Manager drives RKW’s multifamily housing growth by prospecting, closing, and nurturing client relationships. This role focuses on lead generation (warm/cold outreach), CRM management, and collaboration with operations teams to ensure seamless client transitions post-sale. The position requires expertise in consultative sales, stakeholder engagement, and multifamily property management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Sales & Relationship Management Generate and manage leads through proactive outreach to property owners, asset managers, and developers.

Oversee the full sales cycle:

prospecting, closing deals, and maintaining post-contract relationships. Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Build trust-based, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Operational Collaboration Partner with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction post-contract signing. Use CRM to track prospects, record activities, and manage sales pipelines. Strategy & Compliance Provide market insights to inform RKW’s growth strategy. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Additional Responsibilities Special Projects:

Provide support for operations, marketing, and other business related functions. Due Diligence (DD)

Coordination:

Participate in efforts, and ensure successful execution of due diligence processes.

Technology and Process Management:

Manage CRM workspaces, document libraries, and task assignments to optimize workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. 3+ years in property management with sales/marketing or leadership responsibilities. CPM certification (or in progress). Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in consultative sales roles. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Travel:

Up to 75% travel may be required, depending on the location of assigned properties. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and may need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
