As a Delivery Manager in our Retirement and Investment Services (RIS) area, you will be a team level coach for one or more agile teams that empowers the team to focus on Predictability, Visibility, and Continuous Improvement while helping with impediments for the applications and platforms to achieve business outcomes. You will be helping to produce and accelerate the team’s effectiveness, efficiency, and engagement. This role will focus heavily on continuous improvement and requires collaboration with the business and other technology teams to influence and inspire outcomes.
- You’ll have the opportunity to:
- + Understand and advocate for an empirical approach to problem solving.
+ Apply Lean and DevOps principles and practices to create stable, safe, and impactful delivery systems. + Coach teams through delivery cadence, release plan and sprint schedule while considering the product goals and objectives. + Help teams move from administrative to autonomous teams of the delivery lifecycle. + Recognize and propose strategies around problems affecting the team, communicate standards, and facilitate working agreement on solutions. + Proactively identify and improve components of the delivery system to produce desired results. + Coach agile practices and inspire change across the development value stream. + Persist in the face of roadblocks, effectively and efficiently working to resolve them. + Partner with agile team members to solution and deliver business outcomes. + Ensure quality is built into every step of the product delivery. + Enable transparency ensuring that the team can adapt quickly to changes. + Provide an environment of psychological safety for the teams. + Facilitate collaboration and guides the team past the point of success. + Lead a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation. + Foster an environment of innovation, discovery, and growth. - Who You Are
- We are looking for someone with:
- + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years of Agile team experience in any well-known software environment preferred. + Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints. + Ability to collaborate with executives and partners regarding issues of project scope and status. + Knowledge of financial services products preferred. + Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required. + Basic mentoring and presentations skills required. + Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners.

- Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries.
Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
- Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
- $86450 – $152000 / year
- Time Off Program
- Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
