Job Details Position Overview:

The Director of Sales – EastCoast Territory will serve as the strategic and operational leadfor our sales organization across a large territory (all of theeast coast). This is a high-impact, remote leadership role thatrequires extensive travel to build and maintain key customerrelationships, manage and develop a high-performing sales team, anddrive the execution of regional business goals. Travel will be 50%

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Development Lead,coach, and mentor a team of territory sales representatives acrossNew York. Develop and implement sales strategies that align withnational objectives while addressing local market dynamics. Fostera culture of accountability, performance, and professional growth.

Customer Relationship Management Build and sustain strongrelationships with retail and wholesale partners. Serve as atrusted advisor to customers, ensuring exceptional service andsatisfaction. Regularly travel to meet clients in the field,resolve issues, and identify opportunities. Territory & BusinessOperations Own the P&L for the New York territory, includingmanaging budgets, pricing, and margins. Deliver accurate salesforecasting and reporting to executive leadership. Identify andcapitalize on market trends, competitive activities, and regionalgrowth opportunities. Brand Advocacy & Market Presence Representthe brand at trade shows, promotional events, and industryfunctions. Drive brand visibility and strengthen our presence inkey retail and wholesale channels. Collaborate with marketing andproduct teams to ensure brand consistency in the market.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years in sales leadership, ideallywithin the tobacco, CPG, or regulated goods industries. Provenexperience managing territory-level P&L, budgeting, andforecasting. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to75%) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonalskills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to fieldsales.
