JOBSUMMARY
To assist District Sales Manager in supervising retail storelocations in assigned district, while developing necessary skillsets to perform the job functions required as a
DSM.ESSENTIAL JOBFUNCTIONS
Achieve district sales goals and profitability targets whilemaintaining home store performance Support the DSM in evaluating people, performance, developingaction plans to improve sales, and measuring results Assist in staffing stores within the district Assist in managing Loss Prevention practices within thedistrict Direct store operations and provide feedback, coaching, andaccountability to all employees by enforcing all company policiesand practices Ensure that all company initiatives are properly implementedand to the standard of the company direction Recruit, interview, and hire store management candidates as perRegional/DSM instructions Train, develop, and promote store employees within thedistrict Regularly conduct store visits as per Regional/DSMinstructions Maintain regular communication with District Sales Manager,Regional, and corporate office staff
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1-2
