The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Division President to own and accelerate the growth of our Commercial Security business. This executive will have full P&L responsibility and be charged with shaping and executing a transformational strategy focused on market expansion, sales excellence, and scalability. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, you’ll lead a high-performing organization committed to protecting people, property, and businesses through cutting-edge security solutions.
What You’ll Lead

Division Strategy and Execution:

Refine and execute the strategic roadmap for the Commercial Security division in the targeted commercial markets
Small businesses
Mid-market
Core commercial
Multi location opportunities
Regional accounts or regional work for select national accounts

P&L Ownership:

Drive financial performance with a focus on revenue growth, EBITDA, margin expansion, and ROI

Sales and Channel Leadership:

Strengthen direct and indirect commercial sales channels; enhance sales enablement, forecasting, and execution.

Market Expansion:

Lead expansion efforts into underserved commercial verticals and new geographic markets through strategic partnerships and targeted go-to-market initiatives.

Team Leadership:

Motivate, mentor and develop over 100 high-performing team members

M&A & Growth Strategy:

Identify, evaluate, and integrate commercial security acquisitions accelerate market share

Data-Driven Leadership:

Leverage analytics and KPIs to optimize customer acquisition, pricing strategies, and sales efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of successful commercial security sales leadership, working for a regional or national security, video and fire systems provider
Experience managing sales and installation operations in commercial security, access control, PVM, and fire systems
Proven track record owning full P&L and driving sustainable EBITDA growth
Experience leading large, multi-regional sales teams in high-growth environments
Deep knowledge of commercial security systems, recurring revenue models, services, and sales models
Demonstrated ability to lead through scale, transformation, and market expansion
Strong executive presence and the ability to engage with enterprise clients and strategic partners
