We are hiring experienced Sales Hiring Managers and Administrators to join our remote team. If you have a positive attitude , strong work ethic, and a background in sales, admin, and recruiting, we want to hear from you!

W2 POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Discord Management

• Organize channels, assist with onboarding, and facilitate communication Conduct Interviews
• Schedule, coordinate, and lead virtual candidate interviews Email Correspondence
• Respond to applicants and internal team communications professionally Recruiting & Hiring
• Post job ads, screen applicants, and assist in training processes Ad Placement
• Post across hiring platforms and monitor performance Excel Data Work
• Maintain and update hiring and operations spreadsheets Sales Oversight
• Assist with sales tracking, training support, and process improvement Event/Admin Tasks
• Contribute to outreach, mailings, and event coordination as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Must reside in one of these states:

ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, MS, NH, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI

Experience in sales, hiring, and administrative work U.S. Work Authorization Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and Microsoft 365 license

• not school-provided) Reliable Windows PC, webcam, headset, and printer access Solid Internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) Discord account (used for interview/training) Working bank account and Zelle for direct deposit
