Independent Business Broker First Choice Business Brokers West Charlotte 1213 West Morehead Street, Charlotte, NC 28208 Overview As a professional business broker, you will learn to value, market and act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of privately owned companies. First Choice Business Brokers West Charlotte is one of approximately 80 independently owned First Choice Business Brokers franchises nationwide. As an independent contractor for this office, you will learn the business through our proprietary First Choice University program providing you with industry-leading training and support. You will have a personal mentor/coach as well as corporate ongoing training and support to help you get started and grow in your new career. You will also be given access to systems, procedures, tools, templates, and strategies that are unmatched in the industry This position will require a self-starter who is excited about building their business. This is an independent contractor role perfect for that favors high earnings potential and freedom over consistency. Responsibilities Identify businesses that are interested in selling their business through in person prospecting, phone calls, networking, and advertising Review historic financial business performance and comparable sales to develop an asking price Interact with and manage buyer volume to protect the confidentiality of the seller and procure qualified offers Present sellers with offers and manage negotiations Manage the diligence and closing process by managing communications between bankers, attorneys, buyers, and sellers.
