Job Summary:

The Solution Sales Director•NetSuite at BDODigital is a pivotal member of the sales team, responsible foraligning with customers, partners, and internal solution practices.

This role involves cultivating robust relationships both internallyand externally, ensuring seamless collaboration with key technologypartners, and overseeing the entire sales and revenue processes.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives and manageeffective communication across all stakeholders, driving businessgrowth and sales excellence.

Job Duties:

Drives the NetSuitesolution area selling needed to meet and exceed the annual targetsassigned by BDO Digital’s leadership team Engages clients inenvisioning conversations to drive NetSuite opportunities Extends aproficient level of expertise related to all technology andadvisory solutions within the NetSuite practice Conducts businessdiscussions to understand the current and future needs of thecustomer Manages and/or supports sales cycle associated with clientopportunities Collaborates across BDO Digital’s technologypractices, specialists, and other business development executiveswithin sales cycles Effectively co-sells alongside NetSuite’saccount teams to originate and accelerate opportunities Leveragesrelevant partner programs to support opportunities where applicableForges and sustains a strong partnership with NetSuiteunderstanding their strategies, product offerings, and keyobjectives Drives the acquisition of new business from our partnersby leveraging BDO’s value proposition to mutual customer needs Actsas conduit for communication between our partners and our internalaccount owners ensuring timely updates Collaborates with thepartner operations team to understand key priorities and metricsthat our partners value Provides accurate and timely sales pipelinehygiene Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills,and Abilities:
Education:

High School Diploma or GED, required; ANDseven (7) or more years of B2B technology sales solutionsexperience, with proven track record of selling to C Suite decisionmakers, required; OR Bachelor’s degree, required; AND five (5) ormore years of B2B technology sales solutions experience, withproven track record of selling to C Suite decision makers, required

Experience:

Experience in a similar role or strategic sales orpartnership roles, required Three (3) or more years of NetSuiteselling experience, required Demonstrated experience solvingcustomer challenges through solution selling, required Experiencewith client relationships at multiple levels orchestrating throughcomplex, multi-stakeholder buying processes, required Financialsystems, accounting and process experience, preferred Experience inpartner programs, preferred

Software:

Proficient in the use ofMicrosoft Office Suite, required CRM Pipeline managementexperience, required
