SaNew Business Development Manager Charlotte based US Subsidiaryof a German Based manufacturing Company in the field of temperatureand air controls seek s a results-driven new business developmentleader to join their current sales team to develop current accountsand bring in new clients to the company . This is a Direct Hireposition in South Charlotte with a salary of $ 82 ,000 – $ 95 ,000plus rich bonus program (total comp range $140K-160K) and goodbenefits with 100% of employee paid and 50% of family benefitspaid, plus car allowance.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and executesales plans in the field of temperature control technology to driverevenue growth in the US market. Identify, engage, and buildrelationships with key clients and stakeholders. Lead negotiationsand close high-value sales deals. Monitor market trends andcompetitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysesfor senior management. Conducting competitive and market analysesto derive strategic recommendations Establishing, maintaining anddeveloping long-term customer relationships Identifying potentialnew customers and approaching them in collaboration with salesmanagement Development and presentation of standardized orcustomized solutions for customer requirements Demonstration andpresentation of the technology to interested parties, clarificationof technical requirements Preparation of quotations and independentnegotiation of contracts Close collaboration with Office-Team theUS the same as with the Headquarters in Germany such as InternalSales; finance, engineering; design, production and serviceManaging the handover of projects to operational processingParticipation in trade fairs, congresses and other industry eventsto expand the network and strengthen the company’s market presencePrepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysesfor senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s orAssociate degree in technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineeringor industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification Minimum of7-10 years of sales experience, business development or in acomparable position, ideally in specialized electrical ormechanical background. Enjoy exploring new technologies and marketscoupled with a creative and flexible way of working Proven trackrecord of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Drive annual salesresults and long-term Operational Solutions deliver signed purchasecontracts to achieve annual sales quota Technical understanding andthe ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable wayStrong communication and negotiation skills as well asintercultural competence Independent, conscientious, authentic andstructured way of working Willingness to travel as required.
