Regional Manager Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Regional Manager Confidential Charlotte, NC 28205 We’re looking for a strong leader to join our team as a Regional Manager, overseeing up to five spa locations in your area. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience running a business and leading teams.

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or higher level role Experience managing multiple locations is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do:

Help each location reach sales and performance goals Review and manage budgets, payroll, and expenses Support and grow your location managers and their teams Hire, train, and develop great talent Make sure every guest receives excellent service Support marketing and advertising efforts to grow the business Represent the brand and promote a positive team culture Travel to your locations regularly throughout the week

What You Need:

Experience managing business operations and analyzing financials Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lead and support multiple teams Flexibility to travel to all assigned locations

$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
