Responsibilities:
Generating leads out in the field within construction areas Meeting or exceeding sales targets. Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing. Understanding and promoting company services. Preparing and submitting sales orders. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services. Maintaining client records within CRM. Answering client questions about products, prices, and timelines. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent time management and communication skills Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects. Cold-calling and/or dispatching skills and the ability to transition leads to sales Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Analyze sales trends to increase sales Develop leadership skills with a relentless pursuit of growth and development Utilizing CRM to optimize sales calls Exerting sales effort necessary to meet sales quota Achieve and exceed sales targets
Skills Required:
5 or more years of experience in sales and managing a sales team Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing Familiarity of CRM software Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
