Easy Moving is a 5-star rated moving company specializing in residential and commercial relocations. We are dedicated to providing stress-free, efficient, and professional service. We’re expanding our team and looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, closing moving contracts, managing the sales pipeline, and leading our inside sales team. This role requires a proactive, motivated individual with a strong background in sales, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead and grow the sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring sales representatives. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate estimates and close jobs. Conduct in-home, virtual, or phone-based moving estimates. Manage CRM and maintain a strong follow-up schedule with leads. Set and meet monthly sales goals and KPIs. Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth job handoff. Analyze performance metrics and report to company leadership. Build and maintain relationships with realtors, property managers, and referral partners.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales (moving industry preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., MoveitPro, SmartMoving, etc.). Valid driver’s license.
