The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and refining sales processes to exceed revenue targets. This role is pivotal in shaping our sales strategy, managing key technology and channel partnerships, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate blends exceptional people-management skills with a deep understanding of business-to-business technology sales and strategic business development. Your Role Entails:
Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor the inside sales team (Solutions Specialists) to meet and exceed KPIs. Develop and implement training programs focused on product knowledge and sales methodologies. Conduct performance reviews and one-on-one coaching to promote continuous improvement. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new Solutions Specialists. Engage regularly with customers to understand their needs and expectations; onsite visits are expected. Provide reports to the sales manager, highlighting progress and challenges in assigned accounts. Sales Strategy & Performance Collaborate with the Global VP of Sales and Marketing to develop revenue growth strategies. Analyze sales data and market trends for accurate forecasting and reporting. Optimize CRM (Hubspot) usage for pipeline management and data integrity. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales performance. Drive deal creation within assigned leads and accounts. Ensure a high win rate for qualified projects.
Partnership & Channel Management Technology Partners:
Manage relationships with key technology partners to ensure competitive solution offerings, collaborating with product teams to align capabilities with our roadmap.
Channel Partners:
Lead strategy for go-to-market channel partners, recruiting and enabling new partners while developing joint plans to drive indirect revenue. Business Development Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand awareness and create new business opportunities. Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities in new markets. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets; Or a minimum of 8 years of experience in lieu of education; OR an equivalent combination of years and/or experience. A minimum of 3 years experience in a sales leadership and/or management role; Demonstrated experience in business development, channel sales or partnership management is highly preferred; Experience in industrial and medical computing sales is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skill. Proficient in MS Office. Willingness to learn.
