Key Responsibilities:

Manage, train, and direct the Sales Representatives team Engage customers early in the sale to maximize profitability Motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale Supervise F&I Managers and Sales Consultants Recruit talented Sales Consultants to enhance our team Utilize CRM tools to manage the salesforce effectively

Qualifications:

Experience in dealership sales management is required Dealertrack, vAuto, and VinSolutions experience preferred Strong professionalism and integrity Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Must be a strong closer with a valid driver license Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks
