Thsi is a strickly commission based position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Duties Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. Manage existing client relationships while actively seeking to expand the customer base. Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating benefits to customers. Conduct regular visits to clients in the field to foster relationships and provide exceptional service. Skills Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in business development and sales management. Demonstrated ability in lead generation and territory management. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients. Experience in technical sales is a plus, particularly in understanding complex software solutions. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
