We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to become an integral part of our team in the role of Estimator for our rapidly growing company in the Charlotte North Carolina area. This territory will encompass all of a 100 mile radius of Charlotte NC. Candidates living within a 100 mile radius of Charlotte NC would be ideal, but it’s not a requirement. - Daily preset appointments from potential clients requesting our services A service with minimal competition and superior performance A service that everybody wants already and is already budgeting for A pressure-free guarantee to our clients, so no pushy sales techniques Ample advertising to keep schedules full and consistent A dedicated operations team to deliver on the services that you are selling A manufacturer-backed, transferable 25-year warranty on all services Fuel bonuses for every sale and annual year-end bonus based on performance A dedicated support team to help you succeed And a progressive uncapped comp plan with a realistic $80•180k per year potential The ideal candidate will need to bring the following to be successful•A real desire to help people and provide honest advice Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Be able to take accurate measurements Represent the company with honesty and integrity Have legible handwriting so clients and office can understand the paperwork Have a strong work ethic to handle long days of driving and estimates/presentations Organizational skills to keep up with schedules, notes for follow-up, and staying prepared for your day A clear, friendly, and trustworthy voice for presentations A reliable vehicle for running appointments A phone or camera to take clear pictures to upload to our CRM daily The ability to follow a proven, conversational presentation consistently on a daily basis And a drive to exceed your goals This is a single position for a specific large geographical territory.
You will be running up to 6 appointments daily, meeting people in their homes to evaluate projects, taking measurements for estimates, and teaching them about our service and what options are available to them. You will be calling in your numbers, uploading pictures to our CRM, and keeping up with accurate paperwork daily to be sent in each week. Our average estimators enjoy a 50-70% plus close rate without ever having to ask for their business. This is a 1099 position with a progressive weekly commission structure and a year-end annual bonus based on performance. Total target annual compensation should be $80,000
- 160,000 realistically or more each year, and growth opportunities will be available for exceptional team members.
Our company is projecting a 150% growth rate over the next year and will continue to grow year after year after that.
