With a global presence and expanding market, we are currently seeking dynamic Sales Engineers to join our ever growing sales Division. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our customers’ needs, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, sales team leadership and, ideally, technical expertise in manufactured equipment, CNC, machine tool sales, driving business growth through effective customer engagement and consultative sales techniques. Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and directing sales strategies in the designated territory to achieve growth and profitability goals. This role involves managing a team of Sales Engineers, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales plans.
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a sales team across 7 states. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
Manage and support the sales team in prospecting and closing new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
Prepare and present sales reports to upper management.
Provide training and mentorship to sales staff to improve their skills and performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in outside sales, heavy focus in manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of successful business development and sales management.
Strong knowledge of technical sales, CNC/manufacturing machinery, and capital equipment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
