Busch Group USA is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to lead a sales team across the Southeast US region—including North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. This remote role requires up to 75% travel, and candidates must reside within the assigned territory. The volume of overnight travel is dependent on where you live. What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow your territory, driving new business and maintaining key relationships.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and end users.
  • Strategically plan and execute face-to-face customer visits.
  • Manage top-tier accounts and build a target account plan.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to close deals and support customers.
  • Keep accurate CRM and account records. What You Bring
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with capital or industrial equipment.
  • Industry knowledge in food processing, chemical, pharma, or aerospace is a plus mechanical or technical aptitude is key.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Personal Attributes
