Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Manager who thrives on innovation and has a strong focus on business development. The ideal candidate will be a skilled relationship-builder with a proven background in managing residential and commercial properties, and the strategic mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities. A North Carolina real estate license is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively seek and secure new property management opportunities to grow the company’s portfolio. Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties with a focus on excellence. Foster strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and service vendors. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and compliance standards are met. Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications professionally and efficiently. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Stay informed on local market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal property regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in property management and/or business development. Deep understanding of property management best practices and North Carolina real estate laws. Innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. Tech-savvy with proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. North Carolina real estate license. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
