Regional Sales Manager Position Available In New Hanover, North Carolina

Regional Sales Manager National Solar Solutions 226 North Front Street, Wilmington, NC 28401 Overview We are a residential solar and home improvement company and are looking to hire a sales manager in Wilmington. We find homeowners that qualify for the federally subsidized net metering program, which aims to improve the energy efficiency of homes and the grid. We pair qualified homeowners with the home efficiency and solar options that are the best fit for their home to save them money on their utility bills. Regional Sales Manager Position We will be looking to promote a successful consultant to sales manager within 90 days. In this role you will be part of a team. Our renewable energy consultants are responsible for meeting with qualified homeowners to go over the benefits of net metering. They will be able to create their own appointments, as well as take appointments created for them by our team of trained appointment setters. Renewable energy consultants are trained on a pitch to educate and inform homeowners about the home improvement and solar options available to them with the net metering program. They are also trained to be product knowledge experts, and how to facilitate the transition to solar and net metering for homeowners if it’s a good fit. The best way to do this is in-person, so this is not a remote position. Candidates that excel in this position are highly driven and effective communicators.
