What You’ll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate our team of automotive sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for our customers. Appraise trade-in vehicles and manage the pre-owned vehicle acquisition process. Work with the finance department to secure financing for customers and ensure a seamless buying process. Foster a customer-centric sales environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to dealership management. Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with dealership policies and governmental regulations. Champion our brand as Eastern North Carolina’s premier Jeep destination.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within a dealership setting. A strong understanding of the automotive sales process, including new and used vehicle sales, financing, and trade-ins. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve high performance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. A commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
