Your Role as Sales Manager Revenue & Growth Own and exceed monthly goals across memberships, teacher training, private sessions, and retail. Create and implement promotions that convert curiosity into commitment. Build local buzz by connecting with businesses, schools, and neighborhoods. Deliver compelling tours and demo classes that seal the deal. Leadership & Culture Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team that shares your vision. Foster a positive, professional, and upbeat studio vibe every day. Coach and develop team members through weekly 1:1s and daily support. Celebrate successes and fuel team motivation with recognition and rewards. Marketing & Outreach Be our ambassador at local events, health fairs, and community pop-ups. Manage studio social media presence with fun, local, and community-driven content. Launch email campaigns and targeted outreach that drive leads and traffic. Operations & Studio Excellence Ensure flawless daily operations —clean, welcoming, and always on-brand. Track and optimize KPIs (sales, attendance, retention) via ClubReady . Oversee inventory, transactions, and studio compliance with confidence. What You Bring Experience & Results 3+ years in fitness, hospitality, or high-performance sales. A history of crushing goals and inspiring others to do the same. Deep knowledge of membership sales , private training, and retail flow. Leadership & Energy A natural motivator who leads with integrity and purpose. A communicator with emotional intelligence and people-first instincts. Strategic, organized, and energized by challenges . Tech & Tools Proficient in CRM systems ( ClubReady is a plus ), Google Sheets, and digital tools. Strong with scheduling, administrative tasks , and marketing platforms.
