What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Develop solutions by building internal and external relationships. Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build credibility with senior executives and clients. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics). What You’ll Do With Us Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients in line with target industries and service lines. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Drive end-to-end sales cycles:

from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with service delivery and subject matter experts to develop client-focused solutions. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Effective client relationship management, acting as a point of escalation for risks and issues, representing the company in corporate initiatives, and contributing to business development through proposals and client meetings. Collaborate with operational and project management teams to identify individual account strategies and develop high growth accounts. Develop strong relationships with client through BD process, and maintain contact outside of contract renewals.
