The Ideal Business Development Hunter:
Procom is seeking a proven Business Development Hunter with a demonstrated track record of success in information technology services sales. Your Mission:
Full-Cycle Business Development:
Own the entire sales lifecycle, from initial cold outreach and lead generation to contract negotiation and client acquisition.
Strategic Prospecting & Outreach:
Develop and execute sophisticated prospecting strategies to identify and engage C-suite and senior IT leaders within target organizations. This includes leveraging cold calls, targeted email campaigns, networking events, and referrals to consistently build a robust pipeline.
Articulate Value & Solutions:
Partner seamlessly with our elite Recruitment team to craft compelling, tailored solutions that directly address client needs, showcasing the perfect synergy between our sourced talent and their critical requirements.

Proven Hunter Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a pure business development or “hunter” sales role within the IT services or staffing industry, with a clear track record of acquiring new logos.
New Business Acumen:
Exceptional ability to identify, cultivate, and close new client relationships through proactive and persistent outreach.
Relationship Architect:
Superior ability to develop and nurture high-level business relationships with key decision-makers.
Strategic & Adaptable:
A keen understanding of the IT landscape and the agility to adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions and client needs.
