Main Job Responsibilities of the

Account Sales Manager:

Serve asthe primary point of contact for assigned accounts in the Durhamarea, developing and maintaining strong relationships with keydecision-makers. Develop and execute strategic account plans toachieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Understand clientbusiness needs and objectives, recommend tailored solutions thataddress their requirements and deliver value. Manage the full salescycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency. Work withsales support, operations, and marketing teams to provide clientswith smooth onboarding, service, and account management. Monitoraccount performance, track key metrics, report to clients andmanagement, and identify growth opportunities. Expand clientrelationships by actively identifying and pursuing upsell andcross-sell opportunities for services to maximize revenue. Maintaincurrent knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, andproduct updates, and effectively communicate this information toclients.
