This role requires a strong background in sales and relationship building, with a focus on the restoration and insurance industries. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and possess excellent communication and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify potential clients within the local market, including restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, local agents, and property managers. Actively pursue leads through networking, cold calling, and attending local industry events. Present CRS services to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and expertise in contents restoration using brand materials provided. Meet minimum job generation quota per month

Local Market Sales & Growth:

Develop and execute a local sales strategy to grow the client base and meet revenue targets. Collaborate with the franchise owner and local team to align sales efforts with business goals. Implement marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and drive new business.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with local restoration contractors, insurance agents, insurance adjusters, and other key stakeholders. Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with CRS services. Conduct regular follow-ups to foster repeat business and secure referrals. Use CRM program for clear communication and management of follow-up’s.

Networking:

Represent the franchise at local networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings including golf outings, BNI meetings, chamber meetings and other beneficial networking events.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth. Work closely with the franchise owner to review and finalize contracts.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Stay informed about local competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. Provide regular feedback to the franchise owner about market conditions and client needs. Qualifications Understanding of the business-to-business sales process and selling a service Experience working with insurance adjusters, restoration contractors, or related professionals. 2-4 years of sales and relation development experience is a must Existing relation and knowledge of the local restoration industry is a must Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable with computers and technology including major software packages Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily Knowledge of Xactimate and estimating a big plus Benefits Close business based on pre-determined and an agreed upon quota Competitive salary and commission/bonus plan Paid time off and paid holidays Retirement program Dental Vision Critical illness
