Description Drive Revenue Growth:

Identify, develop, and close newbusiness opportunities across the industrial, construction,healtchcare, airport, data center, and semiconductor industries.

Market Expansion:

Strategically expand market presence bydeveloping relationships with key stakeholders – contractors,engineers, distributors, and end users.

Customer RelationshipManagement:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationshipswith clients by providing technical support, product education, andvalue-based solutions.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate withregional and global sales teams to align business developmentstrategies with overall company objectives.

Product & SolutionPromotion:

Advocate for the company’s mechanical piping systems andtechnologies, highlighting advantages over traditional solutions interms of safety, speed, and efficiency.

Project Involvement:

Trackmajor construction and infrastructure projects from inception tocompletion, influencing specifications and securing productinclusion.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, competitoractivity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies andproduct development.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Work withengineering, marketing, and technical services teams to ensureseamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

ProfileExperience:

5 years in B2B sales, business development, ortechnical sales, preferably in piping systems, HVAC, construction,or related industries.

Technical Acumen:

Able to understand andcommunicate technical product features and benefits; engineering orconstruction background is a strong plus.

Relationship-Oriented:

Skilled at building and maintaining long-term partnerships withclients, consultants, and channel partners.

Strategic Mindset:

Capable of identifying new market opportunities and influencing keydecision-makers throughout the project lifecycle.

CommunicationSkills:

Strong presenter and negotiator with excellent verbal andwritten communication abilities.

Initiative & Independence:

Comfortable working autonomously, managing a territory, and drivingresults without close supervision.

Adaptability:

Thrives in afast-paced environment and can pivot between long-term strategicinitiatives and immediate sales opportunities.
