Role Overview As a Regional Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a team of Business-to-Business (B2B) Territory Managers (TM’s) and Account Representatives (AR’s). This position requires a strategic leader and business coach who excels in sales management, operational efficiency, and team development. You will be responsible for executing growth strategies, developing talent, and ensuring alignment in a region comprised of 6-10 team members throughout Eastern & Central North Carolina. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development & Execution Annual Territory Budgeting

  • Establish and manage annual budgets per territory in alignment with company objectives. Strategic Growth Planning
  • Develop, assess, and refine strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable business expansion. Performance Tracking
  • Oversee regional and territory scorecard metrics on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis. Vision Execution
  • Evaluate the feasibility of long-term business strategies, prioritize key initiatives, and lead focused execution across the region. Accountability for Results
  • Ensure regional and territory metrics are met in alignment with the company’s business plan. Sales Team Development & Coaching Partner with Business Development Leader and Trainer to mentor and grow TM’s and AR’s Implement structured coaching programs focusing on: oBehavioral Development
  • Defining expectations and driving accountability. oPerformance Evaluation
  • Measuring and optimizing sales effectiveness. oCustomer Growth Strategies
  • Assisting TMs in growing top-tier product lines and developing customer-specific growth plans. oSales Funnel Management
  • Streamlining prospecting and pipeline tracking. oIn-Territory Coaching
  • Conducting joint sales calls and real-time field coaching at least 3 times per week. oCareer Development
  • Creating clear career paths for high-potential employees. oConsistent Team Communication
  • Leading weekly L10 meetings with TMs/ARs to ensure alignment with company objectives. Regional Plan Development & Resource Allocation Growth planning
  • Identify expansion opportunities and optimize territory management Territory assessment
  • Evaluate market saturation and adjust resource distribution accordingly Customer segmentation
  • Define customer categories to enhance targeting and service strategies. Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication Representation at Leadership Meetings
  • Advocate for the region’s priorities in weekly Business Development and cross-functional leadership meetings. Operational Coordination
  • Ensure sales teams comply with expectations around accounting, documentation, incentive programs, and administrative reporting. Client Relationship Management & Strategic Growth Hands-On Customer Engagement
  • Actively participate in new product installations and customer training sessions. Strategic Account Management
  • Partner with Business Development Leader to: oIdentify & acquire new strategic accounts. oDevelop long-term client relationships. oOptimize account profitability & efficiency. Key Account Development
  • Foster relationships with major stakeholders within the region, including: oFixed Operations Directors oService & Parts Managers oFranchise Dealership Owners oFleet & Municipal Operators Business Planning & Analysis
  • Utilize Value Reports to showcase progress and value delivered to clients. Time Management & Prioritization
  • Balance fieldwork, team development, and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of Business-to-Business sales leadership experience, with a strong background in relationship-driven sales. Demonstrated success in coaching and leading high-performing teams. Industry knowledge is beneficial but not required Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams Proven leadership ability
