We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Southeast US. You’ll manage key accounts, cultivate customer relationships, and identify new opportunities to grow revenue across high-reliability markets like aerospace, defense, medical, and more. If you’ve got a strategic mindset, love building pipelines, and know your way around CRM, we want to talk. What You’ll Do

• Own and grow sales in your territory, hit or exceed bookings/revenue targets
• Manage key accounts while hunting for new business
• Collaborate with reps, distributors, and internal teams to drive growth
• Negotiate deals, contracts, and long-term agreements
• Partner with engineering and customer service to deliver tailored solutions
• Forecast accurately using CRM tools and Excel (pivot table lovers, rejoice) What You Bring
• 5+ years in territory sales, ideally in high-reliability or electronic component markets
• Solid understanding of electronics/circuits (magnetics experience = bonus points)
• Track record of crushing quotas and building lasting client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation chops
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred)
• Bachelors in business, engineering, or equivalent experience Other Info
