The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and a passion for technology sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively negotiate and build relationships with clients while overseeing both inside and outside sales efforts. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Lead product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new business leads. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market. Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets. Experience Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the technology sector. Strong skills in technical sales, outside sales, inside sales, and direct sales methodologies. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients at various levels. Experience conducting product demos that effectively communicate product benefits. Familiarity with market trends and customer needs within the industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
